We chose Sanjay and Sunil as our wedding planner as we didn’t know where to start with planning a wedding in Udaipur! We were both busy at work and wanted it to be an enjoyable process, rather than taking over all of our spare time. They were fantastic to work with. They were able to take our ideas and turn them into a fabulous day. Their advice on styling and suppliers was perfect. Their recommendations and planning led to a seamless day where we could totally relax, enjoy each other and our guests – without having to worry about a thing. They are organized, lovely to work with and nothing is a problem. We can’t thank WedWingz enough and would definitely recommend them to others.
Wow – where to start? WedWingz is amazing wedding planner! From day one enquiring with Sanjay, knowing absolutely nothing about organizing a destination wedding at Udaipur, he made me relax and feel like I was in good hands. Nothing was ever a problem and his bright, positive personality was an absolute pleasure to work with. From start to finish WedWingz took meticulous care of every detail to ensure our vision was brought to life.
I honestly thought we wouldn’t need a wedding planner but looking back we actually could not have pulled off such a wonderful occasion to be remembered forever without wedwingz.

From the moment we contacted you on email and from the time we met you at Mumbai, we knew we had found the right person for our day of coordination. With one of us being a designer and having such a high expectation for the way the details were handled, we had no problem handing over our wedding, "our baby," to you. We trusted you with everything so that we could relax and enjoy our day. It was the best decision we made during our wedding planning. You completely surpassed any expectations we had.The way you responded to our emails and phones, If we were nervous or overjoyed you were there to share that moment with us. We decided against a traditional wedding and chose Chunda Palace as the site for our destination wedding. Our family and friends joined us for a fun-filled weekend at the gorgeous, lake facing palace. We enjoyed every minute of our special day and love the amazing moments captured by our photographer!

Thanks for organizing an exotic Destination Wedding at Udaipur. It was a once in a lifetime experience for all the guests. Your minute planning and arrangement of travel, accommodation, sightseeing, entertainment & food has been superb. Your suggestions for a royal procession having elephants, camels, horses, and torchbearers along with regional folk singers and dancers are unforgettable.
Our wedding was beyond our expectations.We were so grateful to have your guidance in every detail especially since we live in another country and chose to be married in Udaipur,India. Everything ran so smoothly and with such ease. Our family and friends are still talking about how beautiful everything was and how much fun they had. Having the beautiful ice carving on the buffet table were great suggestions.The marquee in multi hues looked so awesome.

Also, all of your recommended vendors were truly a pleasure to work with. The photographer was great and he was such a kind and considerate person to be around. Our wedding video exceeded all our expectations and has been a blast to watch. The flowers were beautiful, the cake delicious, and everyone is still talking about how great the band was!
We had such a wonderful time, we wish we could do it all over again (can we renew our vows after only two months!?) One of the greatest pleasures was getting to know you.
